A is For..........

There can only be one A for me. Alice, and here she is.  Rather a quick rendition I'm afraid as we got called home last week with my Dad having to go into hospital on New Years eve with a broken hip. He had fallen in his care home. Came out on Tuesday after a sucessful operation but within 2 days had gotten an urinary infection,  infected wound and dehyration (as neither the district nurse, the  Doctor or the care workers could get him to eat or drink anything. Then the home got infected with  the Noro Virus which Dad quickly caught (Mum the  following day as they are in the same home together) and is now shut to visitors. Dad is back  in hospital. One day later and he now has a chest infection and so it goes on. Waiting for more news as we can visit neither of them in person.
Sorry I prattled on a bit just so frustrated with all the medical  hicups. We did  manage  to get home before the  snow came though!.

    A gorgeous little tag - Alice is a favourite of mine too - wish I'd thought of that for the letter A!!!
