Letter D

Hi Everyone! Thank you all so very much for your lovely comments on my cloud tag last week. I have been very inspired by all the tags produced here week after week.
My tag this week was a challenge, but I got there.
For me, this week, D is for Distress. Not as in - 'great pain, anxiety, or sorrow' - but as in, Distress Inks
My tag shape is cut from a recycled birthday card which I covered with a polka dot mask and dabbed over Spiced Marmalade DI.

I then went over a butterfly stencil with Spun Sugar DI, a flower stencil with Evergreen Bough DI and coloured a couple of small clouds, also with Spiced Marmalade DI. I drew and cut out the letter D which I coloured with Milled Lavender DI and I then highlighted everything with Diamond stickles.
Thank you for looking. I can't wait to see what Delightfully Designed D's you all come up with this week.
*Hugs* Mo x

  1. A delightful dazzling tag - thanks for telling us about the various coloured Distress Inks. Not being a paper artist, I thought distress inks were all brown!

  5. What a great idea - I don't know how I would cope without Distress Inks, I use them all the time! Such a fabulous tag and the glittery butterfly is so beautiful. I love the little D hanging on the ribbon - a sweet little touch to it!
