Letter F

F is for France
 Hi Everybody!
I did enjoy last week's E tags, and it was a lot of fun using all those Es! Thanks for your comments, and for the challenge to use as many Es as possible! Arnoldo your alliterative comment made me laugh.
Fun, though it was, this week I decided to simplify, and have illustrated France.
I used an old map from The graphics fairy and collaged some smaller maps onto it. I went round the coastline in blue pen, as I was taught at school! I coloured in the seas and oceans and embellished them with rubbings and stampings. The whole thing is topped off by a Michelin guide. Of course I had to photograph it on an old atlas, what else!
Looking forward to seeing your Fs!

  6. A great idea for your F for France.
Must say the edge looks so much better coloured in. We didn't have to do that at school. Hugs Mrs A.
