Hi everyone,
This week, for me, the letter H is for home or happiness or both! I was born on the outskirts of London and spent my early years growing up there - I was lucky to have had a wonderful childhood and a close and loving family, and often a small part of me yearns for those happy, secure and idyllic days gone by.
I mixed the image of the house, which holds very dear memories, with a picture of me reaching upwards, and I added a heart with a map on it - I am reaching for the carefree happiness of childhood!
Although the tag I had in my mind didn't manifest itself in the tag I ended up making, I still feel it represents those happy days I would love to re-visit just for a brief moment!
Thanks for all you comments on last weeks tag - hope you all have a great week and I 'm looking forward to seeing what your H's are.
Beautiful tag, and love what you are showing with it! Valerie
ReplyDeleteWowzers Diana, this is wonderful!! It has an amazing vintage look to it. The position of the child reaching to the H is inspired. Love the whole thing.
