Q is for Queue! Hi you all! I was intending to do a more elaborate tag this week, but got stuck once again in so many projects that it had to be a quick one. But I did write a 2 verse limerick to go with it, so hope that will do! The poem has been pasted onto the back.
That's all for today, take care, and thanks a lot for looking!
Valerie
Great Q and I love the poem, don't we Brits love to queue? x
ReplyDeleteI nearly spilt my coffee! Love the limericks! I have to tell you this true story that came to mind as I ready you great verses....A grandma, daughter and granddaughter were in a rather long queue in M&S when the little one started to ask for the loo. Always the way. The Mum tried to pacify her and ask her if she could wait as they were almost at the till but the little one kept asking so the Grandmother bobbed down to ask her if she could just wait one more minute until they paid for their shopping. At which point the little girls face became very serious and she replied. 'It's alright Grandma, I've shut my bum!' Grandma nearly fell over laughing and almost had an accident herself - Thanks for the giggle Valerie x
ReplyDeleteQueue for Q-- very clever! Love the tag image too!
ReplyDeleteTehehehe, I thoroughly enjoyed the limericks, and queue for Q is rather clever.
ReplyDeleteLove this Val, you are so funny! Hugs, Sarah

ReplyDeleteSuper - real English humour! Carolyn xx
ReplyDeleteFantastic limerick ... fantastic blog. Tags are great and I think they're 'underrated'. I think it's difficult to balance elements on such a small space which is why I think I avoid making them! :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat tag, thank God we can laugh at such a predicament! Jane xx
