Q is for Quarters
This is definitely a first, me being ahead of myself and ready before the due date! Yep, I had my tag made yesterday! Lol, don't get too excited, its not going to happen again in a long time. Q had me worried for a few days, there aren't all that many usable words to chose from. In the end I decided to go with QUARTERS and QUARTET, and 4patch QUILT pattern kind of fitted as well -
I used 4 small religious images, and separated them with vintage French Battenburg lace tape. The religious medal at the bottom is only laid on the tag. I couldn't find any ordinary ones in my stash of stuff brought with me from England, and this silver one is destined for other things.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous tag. Love the vintage tones and that lace is fab. I have heard of Battenburg cake which I don't like but I had never heard of Battenburg lace which do like a lot!
