I knew I wanted to use an underwater scene for this tag, and as soon as I saw this fabulous underwater castle (part of a desktop background ), I just had to use it. I had some random dyed scrim from the mermaid journal project, so I used a teeny bit of that, a little blue lace trim, a few real sea shells, and of course lots of cut out fishies -
