I'm getting in just under the wire here, on Monday...
It's a "Tag Tuesday" of extremes for me...I do think I went a little overboard on the decorations on this one.
The dress picture is from a magazine ad for clothing; the larger photo of the woman's face is from a tiny photo I found in an old album from the era. It was very faded so this "green" tone was the best I could do to show her features.
What I like best about this era is the change that clothing went through in this decade...and the freedom that the common woman began to have to express her own style.
Very nice!! And you're right about the fashions in the 20s-- a huge leap from the 1910s!

I love your sense of "overboard!" Every element works together wel with a nice variety of textures, sizes, and shapes. I love the colors. Photo-reals don't always have to be in real color! :-) Very nicely done!
