Complementary Colors
Does anyone else have a thing about paint chip cards? My hardware stores carry sample cards for all the different brands of paint and these cards are gorgeous with ideas for complementary colors, interior design, and the meanings and emotions behind the colors. I love it! So I'm always grabbing a few when I'm anywhere near a paint display, like when I tag along with hubby to the hardware stores.
So, of course...I had to make my whole "complementary color" tag from my paint chip cards. The serene spa colors especially appeal to me. Then I thought it would be a great idea to take my whole stack of paint chip sample cards and make them into a tag book...easy to flip through when I'm looking for paint color and design ideas! This is why I love Tag Tuesday. Also, thank you for your kind comments last week--you guys are so sweet, and I was just glad to be feeling better! Happy Tuesday!

Terrific idea. I would never have thought of using a colour sample card. It has made a very unusual tag.
