Born in 1963, I'm on the tail end of the Boomer Generation, but my memories of the 60's are likely quite different from a typical 'boomer' (debut of Sesame Street comes to mind). When I think of the 60's though I immediately flash to acid rock, hippies, acid trips and the Vietnam War.
For my tag this week I used an image of Jimi Hendrix, an icon from my adopted home, Seattle. His music exemplifies the 60's for me. I used Distress Paints to attempt a bright, psychedelic background and a die-cut peace to symbolize war protests.
Great tags this week, everyone!
Terrific tag with a singing legend.
