Travel

Hi everyone. Wonderful work you are doing, I'm so enjoying your tags and will comment on them later on when I get home. In the meantime here is my tag for the theme travel.

002
I love the paperbag studio stamp of the walking legs and have teamed it with a globe die cut and a Tim Holtz saying against some of his paper that is a distressed map of the word. A metal tag of his with some string at the top and there you are. I do love travelling, but the best journey is the journey home, something about my roots and loving the sight of our green patchwork land. I know you all come from far and wide and am sure you feel the same way. Love to you all, keep cool, keep calm and carry on! xx

  8. I so agree, driving into our driveway even if its just been a trip to town always lifts my heart. The pairing of sentiments and image works so well on your terrific tag.

  9. Great tag, and I love your write-up. Yes, the journey home is often the best part, if only in my mind. (Ever hear James Taylors' "Goin' to Carolina in My Mind?"--youtube.com) That's often my theme song. I do miss the Appalachians!
