Egypt. I've never been there and I doubt I'll ever get to make that trip. Still, I'm fascinated by ancient Egypt, so my tag this week is the most recognizable icon besides pyramids and camels - the sarcophagus of King Tut. I saw the Tutankhamen exhibit in Miami and in Chicago when it was loaned to a few of our museums. Again, I used my Exacto knife, old bits of scrapbooking paper, markers, and some beads in his flail. The gold paper is very shiny, so it was hard to photograph effectively.
Wow-- terrific job!
