Spring is in the air

Hello Everyone! Here's my tag for this week's challenge. The stamped bird is painted with H2Os and the tag has a layer of blue and a layer of yellow shimmer mists. I'm not sure if they are noticeable but no matter how many pictures I took, I don't think that I captured the beautiful shimmer. I do hope it has a springy feel to it.
