whatever the weather

whatever the weather, whatever your season -- summer or winter -- rain is always a possibility!  but you can't let that stop you; regardless of the rain let your light shine!  thus my tag:

our theme inspired me to use this wonderful rubber stamp from catherine moore's character constructions, which i stamped on a background of designer paper from itKuPiLLi, with clouds and raindrops added with a silver sharpie and a black border and silver ribbon from my stash.

 enjoy, whatever the weather!
