Hello fellow taggers. I want to start by thanking you for your wonderful comments on my tag last week, it means so much to me that you like my efforts.
I hope you have all had a good week and the weather has been kind to you wherever you are.
I really enjoyed myself creating this weeks tag. The boat & words stamps are from the Canal Scene stamp set from Little Claire.
The keys are rub-ons and the bird stamp is from Cheery Pie Art Stamps. I coloured the images with watercolour pencils and I used a Wink of Stella glitter brush marker on the water. It adds a lovely bit of sparkle, don't you think? I coloured the sky with pale blue chalk using a small ball of cotton wool and the key & padlock charm were in my stash.
I've always quite liked the idea of living on a canal boat, drifting gently from town to town, sleeping in different places & meeting new people all the time. In reality it's probably a lot of hard work and not always very warm or comfortable. Ahh, where would we be without dreams.
I shall now go & look at what you've all created for this weeks theme and look forward to seeing you back here next time. Stay well & be happy *hugs* Mo :o)
Love your take on the theme, really clever! Yes, I often think it would be nice to live on a boat when I sit at the Rhine and watch them past. Hugs, Valerie
